1. How do you believe your design relates to the corporate Identity of your company?

I believe my design relates to the corporate identity of Vans because I used several qualities of the actual Vans bag in my design. The qualities were the checkerboard on the sides of the bag and the “Vans Off The Wall” logo.

2. How does your bag portray the “holiday”?

My bag portrays the “holiday” because the Vans signature skateboard logo was turned into a sled. I chose a sled because it is something I associate with winter and the holidays.

3. Do you think that the company you designed for would really use your bag? Why or why not?

I think that the company would use my design for their bag because I think it fits the corporate identity of Vans. Also, the holiday factor of the bag is subtle, which is something I think Vans would do.

4. What makes your bag Unique and Different?

My bag is Unique and Different because the Sled logo was hand made and original.

5. Describe the process in which you took to create the bag? (From beginning to end)

The bag making process started with creating multiple bag designs that related to the corporate identity and the holidays. After selecting a design, I used Adobe Illustrator to create my bag design from an already made template. I stared by drawing in my cut lines and then I designed the exterior and interior of the bag. Then we had to print out the bag, assemble it, and attach the handle. The final step was to photograph the bag and edit the photos using Adobe Photoshop
